2) Limit 1 OneLove account per client. Multiple OneLove orders are not allowed.
3) Promotion is only available for orders using the provided order link at http://www.getonelove.com between 2/14/2010 and 2/18/2010. No requests/orders outside of these dates will be honored.
4) You are free to cancel this service at any time. But please note that if the account is canceled before 2/1/2011, no refunds will be provided. Termination can be requested by filling out the cancellation form located at the bottom of our support page, a very easy process: http://www.surpasshosting.com/support.php
5) Existing customers are not eligible unless you are getting a brand new plan for a different domain. You cannot cancel an existing plan to get OneLove instead. If you have recently renewed for the year, you cannot renew as a OneLove plan instead. Please treat the promotion fairly and as it's meant to be used: for new plans that are not associated with any domain you currently have. Any attempts to do so will be caught and your promotional order will be cancelled.
6) If you purchased a OneLove plan in 2007, 2008 or 2009, you cannot cancel it to purchase a OneLove plan in 2010; it is not allowed. We will be auditing each signup.
7) The next due date will be February 1st, 2011 regardless of your sign up date this month.
8) Please note that we may change the terms of the promotion at any time, and we will only notify you of these changes if they apply to an order you have placed which conflicts with the terms. It is likely there won't be any changes since we've been doing OneLove for a long time, but we just need to state this here in case.
9) ABUSE IS NOT TOLERATED. A OneLove account is not to be used to store/share illegal music and video files. It is to only be used for hosting your websites and website related files. We thank you for your cooperation with our policies.
10) OneLove does not include a domain name. You are responsible for registering your domain name and paying the yearly fee ($15.99) in case you need a new domain for this account.
11) Please allow 48 hours for your account to be set up as this is our biggest promotion of the year.

The OneLove Manifesto
The intention of our promotion is to give family, friends and affiliates of our existing, loyal Surpass customers a nice break. Our deal is only $12 for a year of hosting (that's $1 per month) when getting the OneLove Package.
For new customers, we hope you love Surpass and decide to stay with us. This way we can improve our services through your experiences. It also allows us to have more and more promotions in the future for both new and existing clients.
